Ted is a founding partner, Chief Executive and Chief Technology Officer of Rextar, LLC, the business entity which operates homesale.plus. He is responsible for the development and management of the company's operations, IT infrastructure and technology strategies.
Ted has founded and developed the IT infrastructure for numerous technology companies. He is the author of several books and has been recognized for his independent research in physics by SPIE, a prestigious international physics and engineering society, where he is regularly invited to speak at professional conferences.
Bill Fox

Bill is a founding partner of Rextar, LLC, the business entity which operates homesale.plus.
Bill has over 50 years of experience as an auctioneer, real estate broker, attorney and corporate executive. He has created, developed and brought public an internet auction company, co-authored the book, “SOLD! The Professional’s Guide to Real Estate Auctions” and is a member of the auction industry’s National Hall of Fame.
Gil Schwartzman

Gil is a founding partner of Rextar, LLC, the business entity which operates homesale.plus.
With more than 35 years of experience in the real estate auction industry, Gil has sold thousands of properties and was instrumental in the growth of a small, local auction firm into a large, international, publicly-traded company. Throughout his career, Gil has served in several high-value positions including General Manager, CFO, Director of Operations and Director of Appraisals.
Jerry Silverman
Founding Member
Jerry is a founding partner and is involved in product and business development. He is responsible for creating strategic relationships and sales channels. He is also responsible for leading the firm’s sales teams.
Jerry began his career working in commercial development in the Washington, D.C. area. As a licensed Realtor in the state of Maryland and D.C., he has sold thousands of properties, is a multi-recipient of the RE/MAX platinum award and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
Justin Brewer

Justin is a partner and is responsible for creating and managing the company's brokerage operations, infrastructure, and sales.
He was the owner and operator of RE/MAX Sails, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm in Baltimore, MD, one of the top producing RE/MAX franchises in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has enjoyed considerable success selling residential investment properties, homes, and commercial properties.
Vlad Zagranichny

Vlad is a partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Rextar, LLC, the business entity which operates homesale.plus.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Public Accountants (MACPA) and the Maryland Society of Accounting & Tax Professionals (MSATP). Vlad was voted one of "Baltimore's Top Accountants" by Baltimore SmartCEO magazine.
Chris Ela
Director of Operations
Chris oversees the processing of sales and client relations for homesale.plus.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, having participated in the operations and growth of a local real estate auction company into a large, international, publicly-traded company.
Jim Daly

Jim is a partner and is involved in business development. He is responsible for developing the company's investor relations and building shareholder value.
Jim is the former Managing Director; Sales, Marketing & Client Service, Legg Mason Capital Management, previously one of America’s leading value equity investment firms. He was responsible for growing the firm’s assets under management and leading domestic and international new business development efforts.
Teaonna Holloman
Project Manager
Teaonna manages the processing of sales on homesale.plus.
She is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and has successfully brought many properties to closing. Teaonna has managed several large, community housing complexes - her deep knowledge of real estate enables her to assist sellers, buyers and agents throughout our sales process.
Lauren Johnson
Associate Project Manager
Lauren assists with client relations and the processing of sales on homesale.plus
She assists with all of the details that lead to a successful sale, from the collection of property information to client communications and the management of vendor services.
